Garage Sale - September 6

Here is your opportunity to clear out the garage and make some money. The annual Berkshire Ridge Community Garage Sale will be held Saturday, September 6 (rain date, Sunday September 7). Participants will need to register (see below). A Jefferson Township permit will be obtained by the Association on your behalf.

The cost is $10.00

Odds and Evens outside watering restrictions are in force until further notice.

Retiring Trustees Re-elected

The Annual Meeting of Berkshire Ridge Condominium Association voted to re-elect the following trustees for a two year term.

They are: Vicki Cardinale, Bob Kramer, Bruce Merchant, and Joe Stern.

Need a New Garage Door?

Extended Pool Hours

The pool is now open seven days a week. If you intend to visit the pool remember you must bring with you your photo id. New procedures are in place whereby entry to the pool will be denied to anyone not in possession of a photo id. Guests and children must be accompanied by a homeowner with a photo id.

Car and Pool Badges

All residents and homeowners are required to comply with the new registration process for vehicles or be subject to a non-compliance fine. If you decide not to obtain pool badges that is your decision, but know you will not be able to access the pool at any time without approved id.

If you have not yet collected your badges you can do so by visiting Wilkin Management's offices at 5701 Berkshire Valley Road between the hours of 10:00 a.m. and 3:00 p.m. only.
