Satellite Dish Installation Policy

For those members considering switching from cable to satellite be aware that the Association has strict rules regarding the installation of satellite dishes. The policy is pretty simple - the dish can go on your deck if the signal is available there. If not you can only attach it to the side of the chimney as an alternative. The dish company usually has to visit your unit to make a determination of the location of the dish, and then is required to seek approval before installation can occur.
